Art is my Passion. I have been drawing from the time I could hold a pencil. Art is a part of my nature, to a large extent it defines who I am. I can’t imagine my life without art.
I have been a commercial artist and illustrator for more than twenty years and have a background in illustration, fine art, and technical drawing. The subject matter of my work is as varied as is the media with which I work; I never like to feel constrained to just one form of art. I feel that variety gives me a new insight into materials when I switch from one medium to another.
I regularly move between oils, acrylics, pastels, line and wash, watercolors, graphite pencils, inks, and mixed media. I feel the same about using a variety of subject matters. My art is a living growing entity and its diversity makes me expand my horizons as an artist and the multiplicity of themes brings a constant stream of new ideas to my portfolio.
